What Is Anxiety?

Anxiety can be triggered by an unknown or uncertain reason, resulting in distress and signs of fear such as fast heart beat and pale skin. In contrast to natural fear, anxiety has no real fearful, dangerous or damaging reason and person unconsciously feels fear in his mind. Whenever our mind can’t work as usual and concerns too much about future events because of frequent occurrence of psychological traumas, stressful or unwanted events, we have anxiety. Different reasons of anxiety includes genetics, bitter experiences and nervous environment. It has some destroying effects on thinking, attention and focusing, decision making and making someone pessimistic, indifferent, unproductive, compulsive or unsocial. It also reduces self-confidence, make some one feels great fear about dangers, pains or body problems. These People can’t control themselves, so they become very angry, feel weakness and are not able to face with problems and diseases. Also, they can’t be relaxed or have a comfortable sleep. They also always feel tired, weakness and nervous. Sometimes, they feel pain in their heads, chests, feet, hands, or stomach and experience change in appetite.

What Is Fear?

Every amount of anxiety has its effects on our body and damage its systems and psychological and physical healthiness. Anxiety blocks our success. It also destroys aspiration, talent and creativity. Actually, anxiety is enemy of creativity.
